Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We can't currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
• Most products: delivered within 4 to 8 business days of ordering.
• Large items (bike trailer, playpen): up to 10 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

Orders with more than one item

Our products ship from several partner warehouses in the US. If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number, and you aren't charged anything extra.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as each item ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.

Wrong address or missing package

If you spot a mistake in your address, message us right away so we can try to correct it before the order ships. If tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package, contact us within 7 days and we'll look into it with the carrier.
