We want you and your dog to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.
30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of the day it was delivered, as long as it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Message us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and send it back with tracking.
Please don't send anything back to the address on the box it arrived in. Our products ship from several warehouses, and a return sent to the wrong one can't be matched to your order.
Return shipping
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we cover return shipping, or we'll simply replace or refund the item.
- Changed your mind or wrong size: you cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
